Hi I just got a email : “

We have reviewed your account and determined that it is in violation of Shopify's acceptable use policy (AUP). As a result, we are no longer able to host your store on the Shopify platform and your account has been closed.

The full amount of pending payouts will be held by the Processor, in accordance with the Shopify Payments Terms of Service and the Processor's Terms of Service. Payouts are typically held for 120 days.”
Ive read the acceptable use thing like 50 times since the first one I created got terminated too and they never got back to me. I’m confused on why this is happening, I have orders to fulfil and my money. I just started this small business with all my life savings and started this month. I sell beads in mystery bags and sell little boxes with random items like socks and stress balls and bags. I don’t know how I could possible have not followed the acceptable use. Am I not fee to use my own products? I also dropped shipped items like avocado plushies and capybara plushies and some blankets.

please anyone know how I can fix this issue?

thank you
