Termination

[FuelFest]

We received an email that our account was going to be terminated. Given 10 days til website was shut down. We responded immediately and didn’t receive a response til day 10. Our store is now shut down. 1 shirt got suspended- we had no notice, warning or option to just delete the product. Instead they shut down our entire website and removed access to it. We have proof that we can sell and have received no assurance in getting our webpage back. Minimal to no response in the right direction. Looking how to get help in the right direction someone to help us get our webpage back up asap.
