Hello guys, what would you do to improve the conversion rate of my website.
My AOV is $230. I just do not understand why people are leaving between "reached checkout" and "session converted".
At this point the problem is more at the last step than homepage, PDP etc.
At this point they are interested to buy the product no? Why I am loosing 76% of the people at checkout? I have free shipping above $150 so should not be the issue.
I was thinking to set-up a plugin to record the sessions, maybe I would find something.
What else can I do?

Thanks for posting your question; I would suggest that you should encourage customers to get in touch if they have any questions after adding their items to their cart, so you can determine what holds them back from completing their order.
