The Shopify "expert" that I hired is simply incompetent. Additionally, he cannot make the deadlines set and he always has an excuse. I gave him so many chances but I just want my money back. Yes, I've talked to him about this issue, but he's not responding. How do I get Shopify to step in and issue me a refund?
