All things Shopify and commerce
Hello, I have been subject for 1 month to closure without stop of all my stores a few days after their opening, I work on shopify for almost 2 years and my way of working has not changed much, it is surely a mistake or an unfair flag of my identity. I know others who have this problem but I have no solution, the support is absolutely insensitive to my problem and never helps me.
Section 4.4 indicates illegal uses of the platform, I only sell clothes and my customers are satisfied
Hoping to find solutions...
Hi @ccde
I am very sorry to hear of this problem you are experiencing. I understand that you are not able to open any new stores on Shopify and that you received a notice of illegal use of the platform, but aren't sure why or what the cause was.
I know this is never an ideal situation to be in and it can be tough to get an answer as to why it happened. Our standard support team does not have insight into these decisions at all. They are handled by a specific team who can only communicate via email due to the sensitive nature of these situations and the legal aspect of potential TOS violations.
I will be honest that these decisions are generally final. To protect the security of our platform certain information that leads to these decisions cannot be shared. If you need additional help in resolving this I would recommend getting outside legal support to further assist you. At this time though, you most likely will not be able to continue using Shopify to host your ecommerce businesses.
