Terrible service from Shopify Business Operations/Legal team

I created my bicycle stores website on Shopify at the beginning of February and saw a significant increase in sales and foot traffic to my retail store. 

On the 7th of March, Shopify shut down my store, making my website unavailable and making it impossible to login to my shopify account to make changes, add products etc. I received an email from Shopify's legal team shortly after indicating that I need to submit documents to prove the legitimacy of my business. 

I submitted the documents on the 15th of March, and have not received a single reply or feedback from the legal team. It is now the 25th of March and my website is still unavailable... I am now considering changing platforms completely and rebuilding my store, costing my business thousands of dollars and thousands of dollars in lost sales. 

Very disappointed!!
