Text export for translation

I want to have my entire webshop translated by a translation agency, but this company asks for an export of all texts in my webshop. Is there a way to export all the texts so that they can be translated and then imported again?

I am aware of that, but the translations of the apps and shopify are mostly google translate based, And for the German market i think its really important that the language is native German.
