Text in my banner is moved to centre when Desktop content position is middle left

I have been having some issues with my storefronts home page banner. The text in my banner is moved to centre when Desktop content position is middle left. When i set the store up originally it was all working fine but now there seems to be a block somewhere that is not allowing me to move the text to the middle left of the banner. Please someone help!
