Text on Collection pages shows at the bottom of the page

Dear Community,

I am trying to understand WHY the text on collection page (which I add manually on each page) appears on the bottom of the page. Normally, and I saw it everywhere else, by default it is on the top of the page, before listing each product of this collection.

Could someone please help me to understand how I can change it to appear before the products, not after.
Here is an example of such collection page. Click on the link below and then see the text on the bottom of the page, after all products.
