Text Overlay in Video Banner for Desktop and Mobile Versions

Hello,

I've encountered an issue with the video banner I uploaded. The mobile and desktop versions appear differently: on the desktop, the text overlays the video, while on mobile, it doesn't.

Could someone advise on how to ensure consistency between both versions?
