Hi there,

I recently tested my contact us page but didn't receive the email.

Some help would be great.

I use the Debutify them if that helps.

Thanks.

Hi @HI04,

I checked your issue and I see your form submitted success. you can try to change another email to re-test. or you can re-check your setting

Hey @HI04

Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you're having trouble receiving emails from the contact page on your store. Thanks to @PageFly-Oliver for testing the page on your storefront, and confirming that it appears to be functioning correctly and submitting the form. I'd be happy to explain the next steps involved!

Here are a few things you can try, in order to troubleshoot what might be happening here:

  • Check your email account spam/junk/promotional folders. Sometimes, emails can end up in other folders by mistake instead of your main inbox. Checking these other folders such as the spam folder would be a good idea to see if the emails from your contact page are landing there.
  • Make sure that the email settings in your Shopify admin are configured correctly. Contact form submissions are sent to the Sender Email under Settings > Store Details, not the Store Contact Email. It's a good idea to make sure you are checking the correct email address.
  • Are you receiving other email notifications to your store, such as for new orders? You can test some of your notifications by sending a test email to yourself. To do this, head to Settings > Notifications and click the Send test notification button at the bottom and check that you receive the email.
  • It's technically possible that your email provider might be blocking the emails. Feel free to contact them to ask if this might be happening with your contact page emails.

If none of the above proves to help with figuring this out, then please reach out to our support team via our help center here. We can take a closer look at the email address being used, and do our best to investigate what might be happening.
