The item purchased from a e-store that seems to dissolve

Hello,

 I purchased an item online from a store named Larina UK https://larinauk.shop 

The confirmation email came from the email address store+85527232838@t.shopifyemail.com. 

It was on Nov 24, 2024, 8:07 PM

But in a few days all the links provided became inactive, the store disappeared. I suspect a scam. Where should I go to report this?

Sorry to hear you stumbled on a fake store. There are too many of them. But they do something right. I mean that domain is just a month old and probably 

active on social media. If I may ask how did you get to that store?

For reporting go to https://www.shopify.com/legal/tools/report-an-issue/report-a-merchant. Try your bank to cancel a transaction and get your money back.

Also if you have time, check our post on how to spot a fake Shopify store, at least to become more suspicious.

I went to the store from the link on Facebook, there was a sponsored post.
There might be more of them, as it was not long ago.
