When I try to login/ sign up for Shopify Partners. I get an error page

The page you’re looking for could not be found. Please make sure the web address is correct.

The URL kinda talks about SSL certificate being expired. What's going on?

Can you share with me the URL you are using to access it? Have you tried on a different browser or device?
