I purchased the Basic Shopify package. I carefully reviewed the package contents and found no mention of storage limitations. However, I am currently unable to list more products despite bringing in thousands of dollars in sales for Shopify each month. This limitation hinders my ability to expand sales by adding more products.
Due to the change of seasons, we need to list new products, but Shopify's restriction on image uploads is preventing us from doing so, which is frustrating.😭
I'm really anxious! It's the seasonal change, and our store needs to list new products. I've reached out to the Help Center, but no one has responded. Can anyone provide assistance?

Can you provide a solution - we are also having this issue when we try to upload images. We seem to have no problems uploading videos.
