The transaction is done, but payment is still pending

As noted, this is my first transaction on Shopify store.

My customer had paid when he checked out, and received the product already,

but the payment to me is still pending, it's been about 10 days.

My customer was paid by VISA and I've checked my bank account was successfully connected to Shopify.

I tried contacting the Shopify help center, but it kept asking me updating my personal information,

I found no way to get support from Shopify.

Can anyone please help and offer me some solutions? Thank you so much.

  • Check Shopify Payments: Ensure your Shopify Payments account is fully set up, and there are no pending verification steps. Sometimes, delays occur if personal details or documents need to be updated.
  • Bank Account Verification: Double-check that your bank account is verified and connected correctly to your Shopify store, with no issues from your bank's side.
  • Payment Schedule: Review your payment schedule in Shopify; sometimes payouts take longer depending on the payment method and Shopify's processing timelines.
  • Shopify Support: Although it’s tricky, try contacting Shopify Support via live chat or email updating your info might be required to access assistance.

Got it. I would check if the Shopify Payment has connected successfully first, if problem still doesn't solve, I would try contacting the Shopify Support. Thank you so much for your help, Alvina. @AdVision_eComm
