All things Shopify and commerce
As noted, this is my first transaction on Shopify store.
My customer had paid when he checked out, and received the product already,
but the payment to me is still pending, it's been about 10 days.
My customer was paid by VISA and I've checked my bank account was successfully connected to Shopify.
I tried contacting the Shopify help center, but it kept asking me updating my personal information,
I found no way to get support from Shopify.
Can anyone please help and offer me some solutions? Thank you so much.

Got it. I would check if the Shopify Payment has connected successfully first, if problem still doesn't solve, I would try contacting the Shopify Support. Thank you so much for your help, Alvina. @AdVision_eComm
