theme customize slow and gets stuck

Hi, When i'm doing the customization, the customization page is very slow and gets stuck when I change the settings in the theme and sometimes getting the message as shown in the attachments   ... I want help with this issue

I'm having a similar issue. I'm trying to customize my product page but the editing menu is just not loading in at all. My internet is working great but for some reason this is not loading in. Can you help me with this problem.
