Theme editor scrolling issues on MacOS Sonoma

I have a user who just updated their Macbook to MacOS Sonoma and since the update they are unable to scroll down on the theme editor. The webpage itself will scroll but the editing bar on the side will not scroll down. We have resorted to zooming out so that we can see all of the options but this is a major problem.
