Please my store has been shutdown after a DMCA notice for wrongfull theme licence transfer.
I have now purchased the theme to repair that but my website is still dead.
Please help put my website back online
Hi there!
In order to recover your store you will need to reply back to the email you received with the original takedown notice. You will want to provide proof of the valid license purchase and the team that handles these reviews will investigate and follow up if needed.
This is something that only our team that issued the notice can assist with and there is no option to expedite the process.

This is happening to my shop as well. And it's horrible the way shopify gives you almost no notice then won't help.
We've bought the the theme from Shopify (that we originally bought from a developer, which was apparently the wrong thing to do), reached out to customer service, and replied to emails and done everything you're saying. No help. This is such a big deal to people who are running a business online and trusting and paying shopify to be the place to do it. Once we've done what's needed to right our inadvertent wrong, we shouldn't be left in limbo.
Same situation for us.
After we purchased the license the website was still taken down around 12 hours later. I have emailed Shopify Legal the receipt but after 24 hours still no reply.
Did your situation get resolved? How long did it take?
was the issue resolve??
