I can't buy a plan it gives an error now, it says;
Your card was rejected while verifying. Double check the information you entered and try again or try adding another card.
There is 1 ERROR

There is no problem w the infromations. I dont know why it gives an error..

Please double check that you entered information correct or not and ensure card is not expired. That may be happened with you.

Could you let me know what sort of card you're using here, and if you are looking to choose a plan for the first time or have previously been able to pay for your Shopify plan okay?
You can check out some info on the sorts of payment types accepted for your Shopify billing here.
I'd also recommend you contact your card provider, to ensure you have enabled recurring, international payments for this card.
If you can let me know where in the world you are and what sort of card you're trying to add we can check to see what the issue might be here.

I have the exact same problem as Mithrathon. I am from Czech and I'm using mastercard. I already checked all the card informations and I also have have enabled recurring, international payments for the card I'm using as I have multiple subscribsions like for example spotify. I also tried to do it from different device (mobile phone). What should I do?
I also face the same problem, I am using VISA and I'm form German. All the information is right and my card will expire in 2026. Is there a solution for this error or do I need to try again later?
I am facing same issue plz help
Hi! Please review the accepted payment methods. If you have ensured that the card you're trying to add meets the requirements, you may need to contact your card provider so they can confirm that the card can accept recurring international payments.
