There is a problem loading this page, on buy Now

Hi There, 

Whenever I am clicking on buy now button to test the payment it says the below error.
Currently, I am dawn template, and the store says i am on free trail, even though i Have purchased the pro version.

Did you click Buy Now button in preview screen when customize your theme?

Yes, Did that also.

Some times it works, but then mostly it does not proceed.

To confirm, are you using the .shopifypreview.com link when testing the Buy Now button? If so, this is expected behavior and may cause issues. Instead, could you try the theme preview URL to test the Buy Now button?

Please see the screenshot below on where to locate this section:

Shopify admin > Online Store > Themes > Theme library
