I can´t open a ticket or contact support because I get the error mentioned in the title. I also can´t login to my 'Admin' to see my shops and I have customers writting to me saying they have already purchased orders I can´t fullfill. Is there any other way to contact support, or does anyone know a fix for this issue?
I´ve tried accessing from different browsers / incognito mode with the same result.

Just by any chance you tried logging in via the Shopify mobile app ?
Also, can you please share your store url so that we can take a look.

Hello! Thanks so much for the response.
I just tried loggin from the APP and it says the Store is inactive, but I haven't done it nor receive any communication on why it could have been de-activated.
