So I wanted to close my store and they told me I had a payment that I didn’t pay, so when I want to pay it, this message appears " Unable to resolve all the outstanding invoices with the selected payment method. Please try again or use another account or payment method.” I have my Visa card on the website. Actually, I Don't want to reopen the store, I just wanted to know if I don’t reopen it, do I have to pay this payment, and

Will I have other payments to pay like after the 3 months of 1 dollar, will I pay 50 Canadian dollars? If yes, I want to pay this payment which makes me appear the message I show you when I want to pay it

Hi @AZIZ98!

This is Roan, and I will be giving you some insights regarding this. I understand that you are having some issue with paying your outstanding bills.

With that said, I highly suggest that you reach out to your bank provider so they can check on their system if there are any errors or restriction regarding your account so, before reaching out to Shopify support advisors, you already have an information from your bank regarding the said error message that you are getting whenever you try to pay your bills.

Since you mention that you do not want to reopen your account as well, if it is already frozen, you can request from Shopify support advisors to deactivate your account and you will no longer need to pay the remaining balance you have in that account.

You can reach out to Shopify Support Advisors through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the "I still need help" or "chat with a support advisor" option appear.
