All things Shopify and commerce
I've taken a store that i'd shut down and open again, but i get this message when sorting out the domain.
Check DNS setting and that all correct.
The message is: These domains couldn't be connected because the stores are frozen.
I have signed up to the basic plan, wondering how long I have to wait for the domain to be live on the store.
Thanks
Hey, @Philallgardenin That does look strange. It looks like we'll need to access your account in order to resolve this issue.

@Dirk I do have the exact same problem.
My shop was frozen for a while, we paid the bills and though to reopen it again. However since then we are failing to add our previous domain back to the shop. All bills are paid and nothing is outstanding

Were you able to get a fix for this? I am having the same issue and Shopify support has not been able to help.
