i did go through shop and bought it but not using there pay system i entered my card number

It seems you may be referring to an order that you've placed online. If so, I'd encourage you to connect with the shop directly for an update on your order. They will be able to share more information with you and answer any other questions that you may have. 

To share some insight however, Shopify is the platform used by many merchants to sell online and don't manage the day-to-day operations or intervene in the order process. i have tried everything from emailing them for four days calling a number that just refers you to leave a message um which i did i am wondering how do i get in touch with shop? it says to use the tabs on there site but i have no tabs on my site when i am on the shop web do you have any suggestions?

If more than 4 weeks have passed since you placed your order, we encourage you to connect with your bank and/or credit card provider as a next step. They will be able to share more information with you on how to proceed. As mentioned, Shopify doesn't play a role in the day-to-day operations or intervene in the order process.
