Although there is no active theme, I can still access the site on my end.

Hi @stryroad,

I hope you're doing well today!

When I visit stryroad-store.myshopify.com, I'm currently landing on a password-protected page. As of any changes you've made since posting your question here, is this expected?

Let me know if you're still seeing anything unfamiliar on your end or if you run into any questions launching your storefront.

Thanks!

I have not made any changes. Few hours ago I tried to use my phone and connected perfectly. But on pc, the error msg is still coming up. I am beginning to think might be the wifi I am connection I’m connected to.

Interesting! It does sound like a local issue then thankfully, as I'm able to visit your storefront below:

While it may very well be your current Wi-Fi that is to blame, we can also rule out a few other factors. Here are a couple of things you can try to isolate the issue:

  • Clear your cache and cookies
  • Try an incognito browser
  • You can also try another browser (eg. Safari, Google Chrome)
  • Try completing the same steps on your phone, using data rather than WiFi
  • Ensure there are no pop ups being blocked in the web browser
  • Ensure there are no firewalls or pop up blockers enabled on the device.

I'd love to hear how that goes, once you have the chance to work through a few of those troubleshooting steps. Good luck!
