I have been getting messages in the Shopify Community with people saying they never got a order, wrong bag, wrong item etc. I have had 4 sales on my page all family members. None of these people have purchased from me. I notified the moderator here. How do I get them to stop?

In response to the buyers' complaints, it appears that they were referring to a store on "destiny bags.com". Based on their description, I found a store on https://www.destinybags.com/.
If you are not part of owning, running, or managing the said store, I encourage you to clarify this in the thread, providing your store url and making it clear that you're not associated with the store where they placed orders.
