Thumbnail carousel for product images

I have purchased a theme "reformation" and I want a thumbnail carousel on my product page for product images, but the theme does not have the feature to do so, I even tried installing apps, it does not work, but is there any modifications in the code that I can do to solve the problem

Have you had any luck with a solve for the above? Have been looking for ages to try and do the same thing with our product pages...
