Thumbnails not appearing below main image in 'Featured product' section (Dawn 15.0.0)

I am using Dawn 15.0.0 and clickable thumbnails are not appearing below the main product image in a 'Featured Product' section.

'Product Information' also does not appear in my theme editor. 

Are there any updated solutions to this issue? Having are a hard time figuring this out.
