I have my tiktok shop integrated with Shopify where my WHMS picks up new orders. Our Shopify stock count (out of sync with TTS). Orders were still placed on TTS but now the orders placed when the stock was set to 0 do not appear on Shopify. Is there a way to resync these orders?
According to their documentation this order should have been cancelled in TikTok Shop (https://seller-us.tiktok.com/university/essay?knowledge_id=3945538525972266&role=1&source_type=searc...😞
In Tik Tok Shop Seller Center these are still marked as "To Ship":
From Shopify > Sales Channels > Tik Tok Shop > Shop Management > Orders > To Ship (Sync Issues = Shopify Sync Issues) I see this:
I have gone ahead and updated / re-synced the inventory count as well as the product mapping. Is there any way to salvage these orders?
Did you find an answer to this? Currenlty experiencing the same issue!
@CADCO not yet unfortunately. We had to cancel those orders on Tik Tok's side of things because we were unable to attach the shipping numbers.
