Has anyone experienced an issue where when someone places a TikTok order for more than one item, it goes through as multiple orders instead of one order with multiple items? This results in us sending out multiple parcels to the same customer.

This issue can occur due to how the TikTok integration handles order data when it syncs with Shopify. You can check your TikTok for Business integration settings in Shopify and Shopify admin panel then review the order processing settings. Ensure that the integration is configured correctly to handle multiple-item orders and there's nothing in your settings that might cause orders to be split.
You can contact support from Tiktok, so them can adjust how they send order data to Shopify.
