Tiktok shop product products disapproved due to attributes required?

I have searched everywhere online for someone that may be experiencing the same thing. Half of my products were approved through Tiktok shop and the other half are disapproved due to missing attributes? Seems to be mainly 4 different attributes: Manufactures, Age Group, Gender and Country of Origin. 

Error Messages:

"The product attribute is required. Check attribute ID 100706, attribute name Manufactures"
"The product attribute is required. Check attribute ID 100662, attribute name Age Group"
"The product attribute is required. Check attribute ID 100336, attribute name Country of Origin"

None of these attribute options are listed within the Shopify product pages, I've gone through them all very carefully including the variants. The only place I've been able to find these attributes listed at all is in the TikTok Catalog Manager > Products > (choose a product). I can see age and gender so I'm assuming this is where they're missing however the edit buttons are greyed out... also there's an attributes filter on the left side panel. Where are these syncing from!!

How can I add these attributes so TikTok shop and review for approval? Where can I edit them if not directly in the catalog manager? Why are some products approved without this issue?

Any feedback is so appreciated! I've been investigating for weeks.

@lindsayjo17 for platform specific issues contact that platforms support.

 

Presumably they sync from the product data in shopify or whatever process your using etc , and or any frontends microdata.

 

Missing fields should just be empty product data.

manufacturer may be vendor or MPN manufacturer part number

 

Country of Origin is in the products admins customs information in shipping for physical products
