Total Pricing Costs

Hello, I am looking at Shopify and trying to understand the total cost of a store.

If I started a 'Shopify Store for small teams' for A$114 per month plus Credit Card fees are there any other fees? A turnover fee? Is there a turnover limit for that  I keep reading about 'threshold fees' but even the explanation page doesn't explain what they are for.

As an aside, for present users how do you survive with no phone or email contact from the company if you have a problem. Was surprised there is no contact details at all?
