Track Billable Hours

I'm looking for an app, or external site I can export to my Shopify site that gives my customers a report on how many hours I've worked on their project.

I want the report to be in real-time, and ideally it would even tell the customer if I am currently working.

I wasn't able to find anything in the Shopify app store so any and all advice would be appreciated.
