Tracked inventory and unlimited variations for contact lenses

Hi, we have an e-commerce of contact lenses, we need to insert prescription lenses, therefore to have the possibility of inserting a large number of product variations. we found a lot of good apps, but none of them track variant inventory. 

Is there an app that gives the possibility to add unlimited variants and set the quantity available in inventory for each variant?

I attach a screen of what we should display in our product sheet.

These are two drop-down menus that contain approximately 25 selectable shades each so the customer can decide which shade to choose for their left and right lenses.

We have no problem implementing this selection in the theme, but we can't find a way to keep track of the available quantities of gradations.

In a second moment the other doubt is how to make sure that the quantities of the shades of the right and left eye refer to the same warehouse.
Because if I only have a -1.00 lens available for example, it should only be selectable for the right or the left.
I hope I have been as clear as possible.

this is how it will work.

we will provide option to create list of products for left and right.

Write the custom code which enables the selection of left and right product.

after clicking on buy now both product will be available in cart to purchase.

Whole functionality will be achieved via custom coding.
