Trade Theme - Code changes in theme.liquid to improve performance

Hello

, I'm trying to locate the code section (see attachment) in the theme.liquid code. I need to modify to delay the activation of the scripts and thus improve performance. But I'm noticing that the Trade theme is designed differently from other themes I've seen and I can't find the corresponding features in the code.

Sorry if the explanation was unclear, I'm not an expert.
