How to hide out of stick variants to be displayed or to show up when filter is used.?

this still shows the out of stock variants when we view more options - ideally the filter shuld ensure the product is not displayed when and conditions are used in filter.

@edgeIT Do you have "Continue selling when out of stock" enabled on the products? I've seen this case with a few merchants using our Preorder app, and generally it's because of a bad interaction between that setting and collection filters.
