Is anyone aware of an Askphil Shopify partner?

I was wondering because i was working with him on getting my brand
trademark because i received an urgent email about my stores compliance.
The email was Shopifyadvisory@gmail.com & i read that Shopify only uses
emails using @Shopify.com .
The person i was emailing then proceeded to connect me with Phil through
telegram & i also read that Shopify wouldn’t do that either.
So i was just curious about the situation and wanted to know if it was
legit.
