Hi @lotality,
I am from Mageplaza - Shopify solution expert.
I would be happy to review your website and provide feedback on the performance.
Here are my recommendations to improve your conversion rate:
Your website isn’t effectively converting visitors into buyers despite your advertising efforts. Without seeing your ads, I can’t offer detailed recommendations on your landing page. However, here are some suggestions from Databox that you might find useful. You can read more in their article.
“When the click-through rate (CTR) is high but the conversion rate is low, it usually indicates an issue with the landing page. This is often due to a lack of effective calls-to-action (CTAs). To address this, create a clear CTA, such as a "Buy Now" or "Read More" button. This CTA can be a clickable image with a small amount of text or a simple button.”
1. Pay attention to your cart abandonment rate
Additionally, a high cart abandonment rate can be particularly frustrating for your business, especially when you've invested heavily in attracting visitors to your site. This issue indicates potential customers who decided not to complete their purchases, contributing to low conversion rates.
To address this, you can remind customers about the items left in their carts and encourage them to complete their purchases by:
Shopify Help Center provides a detailed guideline on this topic. You can check it out [here].
If you need us to check and set up your abandoned cart email chains, please let me know.
2. Improve SEO
Taking the time to ensure your web pages are properly optimized can help increase your organic traffic, meaning more potential customers browsing your products. SEO strategies can drive site traffic to your Shopify website effectively.
For an average small e-commerce store, you should get at least 1000 visitors per month to start having a stable source for sales.
Here are some basic elements you should check:
Title Tags & Meta Descriptions:
You can also check this SEO checklist by Shopify to learn more about optimizing your e-commerce store and blog. This will boost your online presence and bring more traffic to your website.
Besides, here are some suggestions regarding the UX/UI of your website:
3. Adding favicon logo
A favicon is a tiny logo that usually shows up in a browser tab. It is particularly crucial for new websites as it enhances user experience by helping visitors quickly recognize your site when they have several tabs open in their browser.
4. Showing collections on navigation bar
You should show your collections as the first level menu on the navigation bar instead of just displaying new arrivals . This will quickly provide customers with what you are offering, enhancing the shopping experience. Here is a reference:
5. Homepage
5.1. Banner
The current banners are too general, you should use a high-quality, eye-catching hero banner with a clear value proposition and a strong call-to-action (CTA). Highlight any ongoing sales, new arrivals, or bestsellers. Below is a reference:
5.2. New arrivals
This should display the same text style. It shows that your website has a professional, neat and clean look.
Make ATC, discount labels and pricing more noticeable to encourage customers to buy products. See a reference below:
6. Search bar
You should enhance the search by making larger product images, showing pricing and any discount information to improve search results. Adding category search, pages search, etc functionality as well.
Below is a reference, less product but larger images will catch the attention and enhance customer experience:
7. Product details page
7.1. Lack review section
You should add a review section. Reviews from previous customers will provide customers more information about the product. It will enhance trust in your products and address buying hesitation. Here is a reference:
7.2. Lack product details
The lack of product information might be an issue for the conversion as it will cause the hesitation to purchase. Make sure to provide customers as much information as possible. See differences between yours and a reference:

7.3. Related products
You should add ATC, add to wishlist, quick view buttons and make discount label more noticeable to encourage customers to buy your products. Here is a reference:
8. Adding chatbox
You should have a chat box to quickly address common customer concerns. Below a reference:
I hope some of my suggestions are helpful, feel free to give me any feedback.
