This is something that we can help you out with! Since you have already closed your account, if you do not wish to reopen them to do this, we can look into giving you temporary access so that you can initiate the domain transfer process.
For this process, you will need to contact our support here so we can see if its possible to grant you this time. The reason that you have to go through that link is because we are currently unable to look into your account details via the Shopify Community.
If you are granted this additional time to access your store, I also wanted to give you the steps on how to initiate the transfer here:
From there, please do note that a full transfer may take up to 20 days, and if you have any doubts on what the set up is from there, be sure to contact your new host GoDaddy for support.

It does sound like you might have to go with the email option to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Could you please tell me a little more about why you were previously unsuccessful when trying to reach out via email? I appreciate your patience on this while I was out of office. Did you manage to get access to the support in the end? I understand your issue is with logging in since you have closed the store, but there is also an option to Continue without logging in:
From there you should be able to type your question/keyword related to your issue and see support options at the bottom.

I see what you mean! For your particular issue, could you instead try to type the keyword 'Domain' on its own? That way you might be able to find other support/contact options at the bottom of that page!
