Transfered Ownership of store. Still being billed for monthly fee

I transferred ownership of my store in October. I am still getting charged the monthly fee of $30.81.

I was under the impression that when you transfer ownership, your information is deleted, which includes the billing info.

 

Please advise. I will dispute the charge with my bank, but I do not want to keep doing that every month.

Consider opening a ticket with Shopify's Merchant support, they'll look into the issue.
