Translate and Adapt Brand name translation

Hi, I have a store in English and then I translated it to 5 more languages using Translate and Adapt app. My Logo in the header is Text and it is the Brand name. It is coming from the shopify setting {{ shop.name }} so there is no text box where I can put this to make the shop name static on all the translated versions. I talked to the support several times and they say it will be done in 24 hours, will be done by today, we are doing etc etc but nothing works.

Try to change the logo text in an image.

If the shop.name variable isn’t working, you can try replacing it with a fixed text, to check if the app can still translate it
