I enabled a 1 month trial but before the month expired I got charged for the monthly fee anyway. How could I get a refund?

At this time, our free trial period lasts for 3 days, after which you pay $1 for the first 3 months before moving to pay for one of our full plans as listed here.
If you are still looking to get a refund, you will first need to take these steps here to fully close the store.
Once you have done that, you can reach out to us via this link here so our team can look into that refund for you. -Lana
