When getting the following error while trying to print a UPS label: "The address format the customer used is not recognized by some carriers. Check the address to see if it can be reformatted," how can I overwrite this error and print the label anyway? (I double-checked with the customer, and the address is correct as is. It also comes up, as listed, when I google it.)
Hi @skirby,
Address formats can vary for each carrier and might differ from the address provided in Google. It's a good idea to use the rate calculator provided by the respective carrier's website to verify the information.
Alternatively, by using an app like the PH MultiCarrier Shipping Label app, you can have more control over the address validation process. You gain the ability to accept or reject suggested addresses as needed.
