I have started the process with Adrian Morrison for an upgraded store, that is supposed to have 20 products added to it, with the premium theme. When I got to that part of the steps, it didn't add anything to my store and didn't give me a premium theme. I have been talking back and forth for a week now, with what I assume is AI, through their "support" email and getting nowhere. Getting the same responses over and over. Only get a response after 4 days, even though I reply immediately. I paid $97 and can't get this straightened out. Can anyone help me? I've gone through the steps time and time again, and it says it upgraded my store, but it didn't. Beyond frustrated at this point

I can understand that you're eager to receive the proper support that you need, however. You mentioned that you've previously spoken with our support team about this—can you let me know your support ticket number please?

StacyOs I was suckered also, paying for Adrian's "team" to build the first website and then get 2 niche websites. He is a devil in disguise and I truly hope he gets what he deserves!!! I have been trying to get answers from his "support" team support@accessadrian.com. Not helpful and he has a fake number (866) 227-0975 that tells you to go to the support.... He offers or said in the video that I was suckered into that he offers a 30 day return if you want it. I am going to try to get my money back.
With that I don't feel like Shopify is easy to setup up. 😞

Yes, I did get my money back. I think it was through the support email
Hi Stacy, did you ever get this resolved? I went through the process last night but stopped at the $97 upsell. Doing research now to see what others experienced.
Having the same problem. Hope they refund my money as requested otherwise I will have my bank go after him
This guy is a rip off and Shopify should be ashamed to be lined up with him. I too tried to take a shortcut and use his service and it wasn’t useful at all. It has been nothing but trouble from the beginning and my cc has been declining the charges coming from his scam because I lock my card for reasons just like this. Shopify, really needs to remove there “partnership” with this guy or give him a cease and desist!
