Troubleshooting Variant Data Updates on Product Pages

Hi there,

I have added variants to shopify that can be selected as usual  in the shop.

However, when selecting a variant on the product page, only the price updates. All other texts and information, such as descriptions and metafields, etc. , do not update. What is the reason for this, and how can I ensure that all data for the variant updates on the product page?

Hi,

This may have to do with an issue in the theme code that needs to be fixed. Hard to tell for sure without looking at code, but I would start there.
