Trying to access the message centre for hiring a Shopify expert

On experts.shopify.com I posted a job for a Shopify expert to help me with. I got a few proposals from some experts in my emails, but when I go to click the link to get onto the message center, it won't let me access the messages. 

Has anyone had this problem and know how to fix it?

I haven't, unfortunately. Shopify chat did not help me and even left me on read) Not answering since Saturday (
