Hi! I just got charged for subscription through Shopify a couple days ago and I’ve been meaning to pause / close my store due to me not being able to afford it and I haven’t used my store in over a month. May I please request a refund of some sort.

Looking into this, you should be able to request the refund by logging into your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before discussing the refund with a Support Advisor.
