Turn off DUKE Symmetry "Quick Buy" function on one collection only

Currently using DUKE Symmetry theme on Shopify and the "Quick buy" button is visible on collection pages.

One collection (coffee-machines) has no pricing, and instead uses the "SA request for quote" app. However, the "Quick Buy" button overrides the do not display price function of the App, and when clicked shows the price of coffee machines as $0. How can I turn off the Quick Buy button for this one specific collection so no pricing is shown?
