TURN OFF SHOPIFY AUTOMATIONS QUESTIONS

Hello, I wanted to see if anyone can guide me through disabling / deleting Shopify notifications for like cart abandonments and etc...I want to ensure that not two of the same notifications coming through email from Shopify and my sms app postscripts are being sent to the customer. I don’t want customer to get annoyed if I send the same automation from both sites. I just essentially don't want there to be double automations, cart abandonment, order confirmation, etc.. being sent out. So how would I be able to delete / disable all of the automations in Shopify, so the customers will only be getting automations from postscripts. I only want postscripts for sms sending, not Shopify email automation flows.

Install the Shopify Flow app and there, you find the Cart and Checkout abandonment flow is running. Delete it.

By doing what you have instructed, I have gotten to the screenshot below. Just to clarify, this has now deleted all of the automations from Shopify and my customers will not receive two different email from Shopify and sms.

Sorry, Please go to the Email Name application and you can delete it.

From Here you can delete the Email.
